01The Challenge
A technology-led enterprise running 14 internal systems had no consistent data contracts between departments. Pipeline failures were discovered downstream. Schema changes broke integrations without warning. Data quality issues were endemic and costly to remediate.
02Our Approach
The engagement began with a full data landscape audit — cataloguing every pipeline, identifying schema inconsistencies, and mapping downstream dependencies. We designed a governed orchestration architecture centred on a schema registry, ensuring all producers and consumers negotiate contracts explicitly.
03The Solution
A centralised data orchestration platform featuring a schema registry, governed event bus, pipeline monitoring dashboard, and automated contract validation. All 14 existing pipelines were migrated to the new architecture over 12 weeks with zero data loss.
