By engaging with Syntaxify, you agree to our terms regarding intellectual property, private deployment protocols, and professional consulting boundaries. We specialize in building sovereign systems—meaning we prioritize your ownership and data security.
1. Engagement Terms
Syntaxify provides engineering-first consulting services. An engagement is officially defined by a signed Statement of Work (SOW). These Terms of Service apply to all interactions, including use of our website and initial architectural consultations.
2. Intellectual Property (IP)
The "Sovereign Clause":
Unless otherwise specified in an SOW, upon full payment of fees, all custom source code, architectural schemas, and deployment scripts developed specifically for the client are transferred to the client as 100% intellectual property.
3. Sovereign Deployment
Clients are responsible for providing the cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for final system deployment. Syntaxify is not responsible for third-party cloud infrastructure outages or maintenance costs incurred within the client's own VPC.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntaxify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime or data loss occurring after the formal handover of administrative credentials to the client.
