01The Challenge
A distribution operator across 6 sites was running an end-of-life WMS with no vendor support, no API access, and no integration capability with their carrier partners. Custom development on the legacy platform was impossible. A full WMS replacement was needed without disrupting live operations.
02Our Approach
We designed the new WMS architecture ground-up around the operator's actual workflows — not a reconfigured generic product. A feature-by-feature parallel operation period allowed the new system to run alongside the legacy platform at each site, with cutover executed site-by-site to eliminate operational risk.
03The Solution
A fully custom, cloud-native WMS platform with real-time inventory management, wave-based pick optimisation, carrier integration for 8 carriers, and management reporting dashboards. Deployed across all 6 sites with zero operational downtime.
