FinTech Dashboard

InnovateX approached us with a critical need: their existing legacy dashboard was suffering from 500ms+ latency issues, making it unsuitable for real-time high-frequency trading monitoring. They needed a complete overhaul that could handle millions of websocket events per minute while remaining responsive and visually clear for analysts.

The Challenge

The primary challenge was processing and rendering massive datasets in real-time without freezing the browser. The legacy system used traditional polling which overwhelmed the servers. Additionally, the system needed to be fully SOC2 compliant, requiring strict data encryption and role-based access controls.

Our Solution

We architected a high-performance solution using Next.js for the frontend and a Go-based microservice for the websocket layer. We utilized RxJS for managing complex data streams and D3.js for GPU-accelerated chart rendering. To ensure security, we implemented a custom JWT rotation mechanism and encrypted all sensitive data at rest and in transit.

The Result

The new dashboard reduced data latency to under 50ms, a 10x improvement. The system now handles 50,000+ concurrent websocket connections without degradation. The improved UX led to a 30% increase in analyst productivity and the platform successfully passed a third-party SOC2 Type II audit.

Client Feedback

"Syntaxify transformed our legacy system into a modern, scalable cloud solution. The real-time dashboard they built helped us secure a major partnership."
